We produce apple brandy (45%), also called Obstler, pear brandy (42%), plum brandy (41%), and a herbal brandy (41°C). The fruit brandies come from our local orchards.
The herbal brandy is distilled a second time on the basis of the apple brandy, with an anise-herb mixture
